Keep Calm and Pose

I love posing in front of camera, even my pose looked awkward sometime (or anytime, huh?). Quoted from Abraham Lincoln, said that: “There are no bad pictures; that's just how your face looks sometimes.” , and it is happened to me many times. I always ask the one who capture me, to capture more, because my face and my pose is not good enough. I admitted that I am not that photogenic in camera, but the most important is not how good / bad my looks there, but the moment in every capture that's impossible to reproduce.

This time, Challenge Yourself asked us to complete the quote below, with an inspiring my layout. My layout is : Keep Calm and POSE !!! Keep Pose even the photographer said enough, lol.

In combined with great color combo from CMS Challenge #58 , I made my layout from Pink Paislee : Spring Jubilee and Anna Griffin. The picture was taken in Strawberry Field in Bandung, Indonesia. Not only having experience in picking strawberry by self, but also can relaxing in the restaurant nearby the location. The picture is taken 3 years a go, and look at my cheek is so chubby at that moment, but the layout is brand new, adjusted with both current challenges.  Well, if you visited this city, please kindly visit "Rumah Stroberi", and enjoy your time and lovely weather there.

HBD Mom To Be!

Birthday is the most special day in someone’s life. Especially for this woman, she is not longer a girl anymore. Entering her age at 28, she is not only celebrating additional of her age, but also God has sent her special gift in her womb. She's going to be a mother as well, what a blessed birthday..

I do really enjoying the scrapbook making progress, not because the one who gave me an order is one of my best friend, but also because I know the one who will receive my order. She is theresia Melanie, one of my ex coworker, when I was a banker. What a coincidence!! Happy to decorate every single layers in this page, and I hope the one who receive it would love it too..

Our Love Stronger than Magic

I remember that when I was child, before went to sleep or in any film story, it is always start with "once upon a time...". But, when I am growing up, I doubted the fairy tale, and everyone ain't going to believe it. It does only exist in fairy tale for sure. Life has taught us that love does not consit in gazing at each other, but looking outward together in the same direction. Seriously, it's pretty hard to find someone as described in fairytale...

This couple did prewedding photoshoot in Japan, and the scenery remind me of Twilight Saga. The scene of Edward Cullen met Bella in the forest. Therefore, this layout using my old collection from G45 - Once Upon a Spring Time, and in this layout I want to describe that when it comes to marriage that their love actually even stronger thatn any magic issue that is happened in fairytale..

Garden of Love

Happily bring out another layout from my favorite clients. This time, i turn a layout into garden of love. I heard that the preweding photoshoot was taken in Botanical Garden of Singapore, and it does really match with Webster Page collection : Postcard from Paris II. These collection so girly and I love it to the max, I even bought 2 sets for this line.

To enhance more romatic atmosphere, I attach it with pearl (half pearl and peal chain), handmade lace flowers, and mixed-media effects.  Entering the 4 months of marriage, and after this welcoming Valentine's day as well, I wish both of you love, appreciate, and complement each other. Make and keep your household as s garden of love..

The Mail From God

Hi February!

The month, that is full of love. Yes, februari, indeed!

Got many orders from many couples through this month, and this couple still my favorite so far. Thanks for entrusting me to process all of your prewedding collection with my imagination. This time, I am inspired by several mails that I received among this month. Then, I made an assumption that LOVE between them are interfering from God. God has sent his to her, and vice versa, so a catchy tagline for this layout is "You are the mail from God". Does it sound so cheesy, nevermind that... I love being cheesy sometime, and wondering someone would do cheesy thing to me as well. lol

When someone trust their design in me, and gave me some time to decor it, I would love to imagine any crazy and cheesy things, including this layout. All of a sudden, after making order of flanel flower for wedding handboquet, I rethink to reuse flanel as heart, and I dont want to waste the negative part, so I turn and reorganize it into background's layer. Both envelopes also handmade by me, it represent sthem as gift from God to each other.

Enough for cheesy description, and I wish you all have a romantic and lovely month in this February! Happy Valentine, guys...! ^^

S.W.A.G

Find someone, who will change your life, not just your relationship. Well, this quote sounds cool and so real, most of us deciding to change their status either in relationship or being maried, just because to avoid the talks. We are not living from the people's talk, but good to know that people still concern about us.

As age are getting older, we tend to more choosy, and having more criterias. What can I say, world has so confusing, and getting more complicated, let's make it simplier, and GO S.W.A.G! Hahaha :D

Merry Xmas 2013 !

Greetings from Indonesia,

Old year ends, and it's kinda shock that time flies so fast, and soon turn to another year 2014.

One of the nice things about Christmas is that you can make people forget the past with a present. A lot of wishes and joys during Christmas and hopefully we could put up some of the Christmas spirit in everyday life.

I don't go anywhere in Christmas, just went to mall in Jakarta as every weekend I did. This year, I don't put up the christmas tree at home. So i am looking for an atmosphere of christmas in the mall. Capturing my self with Giant Christmas Tree at Mall Taman Anggek and turn it on into Scrapbook.

The bad news is time flies. The good news is you're the pilot. If you were a good pilot, you will pass it will a million beneficial experience, but if you were not, then you just waste your time. Hmm sounds weird? Yea it is, even after 3 years have passed, I still don't know what my path will be.. Either still be freelance with my hobbies in crafting or make it as my only primary bussiness. Can't deny that being employee still more promising in getting stable salary each month. But, what if it's not your passion then?

Me, 3 years a go was in Account Officer Programme, I was in training to be Commercial Account Officer. That was fun, sad, and full of story during training. Now, most of us have not longer working at the same place, some of them also have decided to be housewife too. What a great start to do consumer analyze, train the ability to socialize, and learnt to be more resposible with a taken decision.

Wherever you are and whatever you do now, get it done wholeheartedly yaa~ Succes for y'all, my  pals!! Miss y'all!!

Sending You Love

Love is not just looking at each other, it's looking in the same direction. Glad that I met this couple who has the same vision, and they are looked complementary to each other. My very first attempt in making order for scrapbook for Nitya and Martin who will have their ceremony in 20 August 2011. They gave me this pictures and I matched it with pastel element. Love their expression in this picture, full of fun, and lot's of joy indeed.

Every artist was once an amateur, and I consider my self as it is. However, I am proud to my self that is never gave up to keep practicing. Practice makes you perfect, or at least getting better. Hahaha... This layout is pretty good for scrapbooker who is in budget, because you just need two papers, and a little touch of text stamping and mini alpha. Roses are easily made by make a circle and cut in rotary from out to inside.

I hope this couple would love with this layout, as I love this layout too.. Congratulations and best wishes on your wedding day. May you never have to take your hands apart!
